Oregon Reservations, Deposits and Refund Policy

A deposit of $50 per person is required to confirm reservations. Deposit refunds and any other payment refunds are only available up to 14 days before trip date; anything less than 14 days will forfeit any deposit(s) or payments as it may not be possible to rebook that date. Balance due at dock. Reel Lucky Charters reserves the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for loss of personal property, cancellations, or delays due to weather, acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Reel Lucky Charters reserves the right to cancel trips due to dangerous or inclement weather.
